you have to install the zeta app, and purchase Amazon gift card from app notification. Some may not get the notification but call the customer care they will provide you the same.
After opening my old Zeta account i got this in my inbox

New members of zeta can now see the “Offers” tab at the bottom, there you will see the voucher purchase option of 499/- for Amazon Prime Membership.
I think refferal code is not user specific rather same code for members down the line of any original code that might have been issued under corporate employee option. As such Admin may flash these codes if they found it fit.
