I guess the mistake was Account was to be Signedup/registered first, that is before claiming the credits.
Then the credits would have been credited to the account.
There was no account then how and to who will they credit it? 
Or we should have tried crediting the points to the same number and ID after making the account, obv with new MX…. code
Even if you did that mistake, the OTP is still an issue.

Looks like they have realized their mistake. Now points are not being added to the accounts. Also people who have added points earlier today are unable to redeem them. also people who were successful in placing the order their orders can get cancelled too. So stop wasting time on this.

I think they have intentional created some error to Stop us from purchasing….
When I login with my Phone number and email it’s showing Somone else’s name ( Mr Khushag) and it’s showing only 1 point credited… And I can’t add my address… trying from before 2.55 PM.
