PAYZAPP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Offer: Gets 10% CashBack upto Rs 250 on Purchases on Jabong Website or Jabong App
• Offer Valid from 31st December 2018 (from 00:00 hrs) till 31st March 2019 (23:59 hrs) (Both dates included)

• Customer is eligible for offer only on using PayZapp as a Payment option.

How to avail the offer

• Purchase needs to be made on Jabong Website or Jabong App
• Offer is valid for transactions done from 31st December 2018 (from 00:00 hrs) till 31st March 2019 (23:59 hrs) (Both dates included)
• Customer shall get CashBack in Payzapp wallet within 7 working days of the transaction.
• Maximum cash back per customer would be INR 250/- during the offer period
• Customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of transaction, as per Payzapp to be eligible for CashBack.
• Customer needs to have an active Payzapp wallet for successful receipt of CashBack.
• General Terms & Conditions

• Qualified Customer has to transact using his/her PayZapp account on the website www.jabo...om or Jabong Mobile App.
• Maximum cash back per customer would be INR 250/- during the offer period
• Customer shall get CashBack in Payzapp wallet within 7 working days of the transaction.
• Customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of transaction, as per Payzapp to be eligible for CashBack.
• Customer needs to have an active Payzapp wallet for successfull receipt of CashBack
• Customers not having PayZapp wallet will not be eligible for CashBack.
• Customer having 10 K wallet (Minimum KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for Commerce transactions only. (excluding P2P & Wallet to account)
• Customer having 1 Lac wallet (Full KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for all wallet transactions. Customer needs to have an active Payzapp wallet for successful receipt of CashBack
• In the event orders are cancelled or returned either by Jabong or by customer, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
• The Cashback amount will be calculated on the net transaction value.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Bank/Merchant shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable to the quality of goods & services availed by the customers.
• Both the parties reserve the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Merchant.
• Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
• The Offer is non-transferable.
• The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
• The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
• In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
• By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals of New Delhi.
• All T&C of HDFC Bank applicable
