Do remember 7a contains lower version of Tensor G2 than regular 7 and 7 Pro. So it does get much more hot

Wrong info.. Both has same processor speeds and manufactured from same Samsung foundry. The difference could be with cooling chamber used in the device. Otherwise both has exact same processor.

Pixel 7 is smart choice! With exchange discount, there is only 4k difference between the two.
For that additional amount, 7 has better built, camera, connectivity, charging, IP68, additional OS update and so on.

Tensor G2 runs hot. Can't do anything about it.
I personally own a Pixel 7 Pro. Same heating issue and very mediocre battery life for a 5000 mah battery phone.
Battery life really bad, not even standing day. think before buying guys
