Update - It cost him near about 1000 to get the repair plus service visit charge. So he was cursing that for 3.2K he could have bought a fancy fan with remote. BTW, there is no remote that comes with this fan.

I bought it. Then was discussing with friends on whatsapp group. One had bought earlier. He said, he bought because of Havells name, but said product is too much poor quality. Also stopped working within a few months. Then came surprise when Service Center said, stator phook gaya hai, so my friend said 2 year warranty hai. Guy said 2 year warranty on chrome etc but electrical only 6months. Air quality is also very slow to medium. Friend advised me not to get it. So I cancelled order right away.
