This is actually a scam, but I dont know what the seller gains out of this. Mostly it will be a new seller with no/few reviews or ratings. The price will be very lucrative, once you purchase it, the seller updates in a few hour as shipped via DTDC and with some dummy AWB number, then there will be no update on the AWB or the seller. The seller won't respond and after waiting till the delivery date, Amazon asks you to wait for a few day and after that they will cancel the order as per the Amazon policy. I made the jump knowing it would be a scam, but trusted Amazon would rescue in case of any fraud. Got the Refund after 7 days of the ordered date.

Hisense TV, a 55-inch QLED model, was purchased 10 months ago, and now there are lines appearing on the screen.
When I contacted support, they sent one disloyal technician, he asked for 35,000 rupees to replace the screen, despite the product being under warranty.
After I refused to pay that much, they lowered the cost to 18,000 rupees. I still declined, questioning why I should pay anything when the product is within warranty. Upon expressing this, they ended the conversation for the day.
The next communication I received from Hisense stated that my TV is deemed ineligible for warranty coverage due to alleged physical damage.
The Hisense technicians in Pincode (515001) are allegedly engaged in fraudulent practices. I would appreciate any better suggestions or assistance in this matter.
Please suggest how to handle these cheaters
It's not only the technician but hisense itself is fraud...technician doing what is taught to them by hisense
