The Honor Bee Rush Buy promotional event will commence on 8th – 10th April 2016 everyday at 11:00 am and the same is being conducted by Vision Distribution Pvt. Ltd. (“Vision”).
This promotional event is open to all https://store.hihonor....in registered users who are residents of India and aged 18+ years.
This promotional event is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Offer valid while stocks last.
For every purchase order, customers are allowed only one unit per each color.
Multiple orders are not allowed.
All customers are required to fill in their shipping address in order to complete the purchase. In case of pincode not supported areas, customers are requested to fill in alternative address for shipping the product.
To confirm order(s), customers must make FULL payment within 72 Hours. Order(s) without FULL payment made shall be cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
COD payment method is not supported for this promotional event.
Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes standard 5 to 7 working days for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Visioin reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.

The winners may be called for a photo shoot arranged by Vision or Huawei. The winners hereby irrevocably authorize and consent to Vision and Huawei for using the image, comments and any other attributes like name etc. in regard to this campaign on any media or format for public dissemination for free of charges.
Winners acknowledge that original developer of the Product i.e. Huawei reserves the right to develop material(s) using this engagement and my attributes as it deems fit & all intellectual property rights (IPR) in the material(s) shall for always vest solely and exclusively with Huawei. Winners hereby assign all IPR including copyright etc. in the material(s) to Huawei for all times during which IPR subsists and agree to execute all documentation required to convey or confirm ownership and title in favour of Huawei or its nominee in the intellectual property stated herein at no charges. Huawei reserves the right (but is not obliged to) to publish, reproduce, paraphrase, broadcast or display any and all entries, in part or in entirety, submitted by Participants, as well as the name, photograph, likeness or other information of the Participant, on the website of https://store.hihonor....in , its Facebook page, or any other platform, digital or otherwise that Huawei, in its sole discretion, shall deem fit, for any purpose, whether promotional, advertising-related or otherwise, and Huawei shall not be liable to provide any benefit, compensation or consideration to any Participant for such use of their entries or details.
By entering into this campaign and accepting prize, the winner(s) waives all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and specifically consents to Huawei’s right to audiography, videography, picture, tape or portray him/her as the winner and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including (without limitation) television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for such advertising and publicity. The winner(s) also consent to Huawei’s unconditional right to use his/her name, voice or picture or the contents of his/her entry.

Without prejudice to the foregoing,, in no promotional event shall https://store.hihonor....in and/or Huawei and/or Vision be liable to any party including the Customer for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if https://store.hihonor....in and Huawei were advised of the possibility of such damages; and
This sale promotional event and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
