You might be trying to load wallet. As per the the notification, I think we need to directly pay via UPI after scanning at the outlet.

Yes I also got notification of upi payment , by Pay By QR code option. Yet to use it.

I don’t know if that offer is still active, however last month I received. It is an automatic credit of payback points after completion of 5L of fuel payment by app.

Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
For any cashback related issues, the customers have to reach out to HP Re-Fuel customer support
The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
This campaign is open to all HP Re-Fuel Customers. Mere participation in the campaign implies acceptance of terms and conditions of the campaign.
This campaign is applicable on purchase of poWer, Petrol, TurboJet, Diesel and LPG Re-Fill and Pay through HP Re-Fuel App using Direct UPI.
This Digital Cashback includes 0.75% Digital Cashback as announced by GOI & Regular HP Re-Fuel Rewards.
Cash in lieu of points will NOT be given.
Membership to the HP Re-Fuel Program shall be at the sole discretion of HPCL.
In case of loss of the card / forgotten User Name / Password, Customers are requested to download HP Re-Fuel Mobile App through Google Play or App Store and Click Forgot Password to generate new Password.
HPCL shall not be liable for problems faced by the customer while using HP Re-Fuel and any BHIM-UPI handle on account of poor or bad or no network connection or due to any other reason, though reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the issue.
In case of unsuccessful Transaction in HP Re-Fuel App, any debit to customers account will be reversed / refunded automatically (within 3 days).
Fuels are also available for purchase without participation in this campaign.
No correspondence will be entertained with regard to the campaign.
Disputes if any will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
HPCL reserves the right to change, amend, extend and cancel the campaign or any part thereof without any prior notice or giving any reasons.
Participation in the campaign will be treated as void wherever such campaigns are prohibited under local laws.
The decisions of HPCL regarding this campaign are final, binding and non-contestable. No queries, clarifications and suggestions will be entertained on the modality of calculation of reward points which would be entirely at the discretion of HPCL.

I have done a transaction of 502 through paytm upi but I got only 75rs as reward points .. how is this calculated
