You might be trying to load wallet. As per the the notification, I think we need to directly pay via UPI after scanning at the outlet.
Yes I also got notification of upi payment , by Pay By QR code option. Yet to use it.
Can select direct googlepay or phonepe or need to select UPI and enter UPI id?
After scanning select UPI as payment mode and enter desired UPI app address.

True. It has never been a bad experience for me except for some missing payback points during migration from old system of points Balance to linked payback.
Is the 300 Payback points (1 ltr fuel free) offer applicable if I fill 5 ltr fuel in parts? eg. 3 + 2 or something like that? Because I have Suzuki Access… can’t fill 5 ltrs at once
Haha. Definitely yes. Once you refil, they will send an SMS saying you are so and so litres away from getting free reward.
Can I use phonepe wallet money after using phonepe upi id?

I’ve never had wallet balance, so cannot comment. However it should be possible because other merchants eg. Magicpin etc were having an option for me to use my wallet balance (Freecharge Jiomoney & PhonePe) deduction. Also there is no connection for Refuel app to check whether you’ve used promotional money etc, so cashback should be processed.
Very pathetic app..I got msg that "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU EARNED 20% CASHBACK OF RS 100.00 AND CREDITED TO YOUR HP RE-FUEL WALLET A/C ON 14.03.2019. But Nothing is showing in app..also haven’t extra 1liter free petrol as payback points..what should i do .? Cc also busy.
