Add money transaction succeded,money deducted froom source account but not credited to pocket account. Anybody else faced similar issue. Will it get automatically reversed or I need to chase down customer care for same

Pockets to ICICI seems like PayZapp to HDFC - both are products that I do not understand 😜
Which UPI app is reliable to send money to Pockets UPI? Only Airtel app is 100% reliable in my experience. In others, Amazon, Phonepe etc. either it never works or works sporadically in case of Paytm.
This problem persist long time and no relevant action taken for rectify this problem , bogus application

You have to complete kyc first, then only wallet to UPI possible. So don't add money until Physical kyc completed.
Min KYC accounts can withdraw Wallet balance via Netbanking route.
