Got them now.
Their TAT has changed to 14 days, so points crediting after that. Got points for mobikwik and cheq, not for Paytm.
Got points for 1L cc payment already. 5600 or so. (that's roughly 1.4%)
Didn't receive welcome points yet though. Regular platinum debit card.

Hi, I paid 15,200 credit card bill through IDFC DC, It is showing wallet transfer in IDFC Bank account statement. What is showing for you? I'm doubtful whether I get rewards or not. Can you confirm what is showing in your statement? Paytm or Paytm Noida? Can you share image of possible
