• The IndusInd Savings Account referral Program (“Program”), is open to existing customers (“Customer”) who have an existing relationship with IndusInd Bank (“Bank”). Under this program, the Customer can refer any person who is an Indian Citizen and above 18 years of age. The Customer who refers a prospective customer/s to the Bank is hereinafter referred to as “Referrer”.
• Under the Program, the Referrer will be entitled for a payout (“Reward”) for each successful account opened and initial funding amount realized using the referral code of the referrer.
• Details of the program for referrer
• Referrer will get a Rs. 200 Amazon voucher for each account successfully opened through the referral link and where the initial funding amount as per the account variant is realized
• For first 5 accounts that get opened, Paytm first quarterly membership will be provided and Amazon voucher will not be provided for the 5th account
• A person can refer a maximum of 10 accounts for the purpose of rewards
• All the accounts that will be considered will be where the initial funding has been realized corresponding the chosen savings account variant
• Benefits for the month will be shared by the 15th of the subsequent calendar month

• Person who has been referred and opens the account using the link and captures the code of the referrer will get a Rs. 200 Amazon voucher after the account successfully opened through the referral link and where the initial funding amount as per the account variant is realized
• Bneefits for account open in a month will be shared by the 15th of the subsequent calendar month
• The applicant from the referral program should input the referral code in the application for being eligible for the program. The Bank will not facilitate any request of tagging a successful application to a referral code at any future date
• If more than one “Referrer” recommends the same prospective customer, the first one to make the referral will be entitled to the Reward. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding on the Referrer.
• The Referrer understands that the Bank may contact the person/s referred to offer its range of banking products and services. At the time of making a referral under the Program, the Referrer will ensure that the consent, to refer and share his/her/their contact details to the Bank, has been obtained from the person so referred for the purpose of availing the Bank’s products and services. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that he/she shall be responsible to the Bank for any losses or claims that may be occasioned upon the Bank, in the event that such declaration is found to be false or incorrect. The Referrer undertakes that he/she shall not refer person/s who are not known to him/her.
• The Referrer understands and agrees that the Bank might contact the Referrer for any communication with regard to the Program. This will override any Do Not Disturb (DND) registry or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) that the Referrer may be a part of.
• The Customer may choose to refer friends, relatives and business associates using social media modes such as FaceBook, Linkedin, Twitter or Email or as indicated in the program. In all these modes of referrals, a unique referral link (“url”) and referral code i.e. the unique identifier for the referrer would be generated which will be specific to the Referrer. For every successful referral obtained, the Customer would be eligible for the Rewards as specified under the Program. For ensuring that the Rewards are paid out to the Customer, it is essential that the url/Code generated is not altered in any manner. If the Customer or the person referred alters the url/Code, the Bank would not be able to authenticate the Referral, as being unique to the Customer, and hence Referral will not receive any Reward. For any Reward to be made to the Referrer, it is mandatory that:
• - The referred person applies the Unique Code sent by the Customer during the account opening process
• - The referral is being made using the online referral form where the referred person’s name and details are shared by the Customer post due consent is obtained by the Customer from the referred person.
• Successful and valid accounts for a month, where the referral code was used and account opening with the required funding was completed, both the Referrer and Referred person will receive vouchers the following month.
• Referral codes are valid only till the offer is active.
• The Bank reserves the right, at any time, with notice to add / alter / modify / change or vary or to replace, wholly or in part, any of the terms and conditions of this Program without prior notice and the same shall be binding on the Referrer at all times.
• Accounts already under process with the Bank will not be eligible for any benefits/Rewards under this Program. No payout shall be due on such referrals.
• The Referrer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the Bank.
• The Referrer will not be eligible for Reward if it is found that he/she has referred himself/herself under this Program.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Bank reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the Program, at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice or without having to give a reason thereof and without compensation whatsoever.
• Further, the Bank reserves the right to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute and that its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
• All Rewards and payments are subject to the completeness and authenticity of information provided in the Referral Form by the Referrer.
• No artificial splicing of amounts is allowed. In case it is discovered that a Referrer is indulging in any such practice, the Bank reserves the right to withhold the Reward and bar the Referrer from the Program.
• In case it is discovered at a later stage that the Referrer has violated any of these terms and conditions or in case it is discovered that the Referrer has engaged in an illegal, wrongful act under the local laws, regulations, for generating successful disbursal, then the Bank shall be at liberty to initiate such action as it may deem fit.
• By participating in this Program, the Referrer represents that he/she is authorized and competent to engage in referring person/s to the Bank for availing Bank’s products and services.
• Customers participating in this Program shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
• Referral rewards per applicant is capped at 10 valid referral applications per individual during the offer duration
• Contact Number and Email ID of the Referrer should be different from the Customer using the Refer Code to place order. If these details are found to be same, the Bank would not be able to authenticate the Referral, as being a valid one, and hence Referral will not receive any Reward.
• Opening of accounts shall be at the sole discretion of IndusInd Banks and is subject to internal Processing
• IndusInd Bank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer with or without any reason
• IndusInd Bank has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion
• Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on IndusInd Bank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the time the Offer Period ends
• The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai
• Validity of the vouchers will be mentioned on them explicitly.
• Vouchers or E-Vouchers are handled by third parties and IndusInd Bank doesn’t hold any responsibility for these vouchers.
• IndusInd Bank shall not be, in anyway, responsible if an E-Voucher is lost, stolen or misused
