Seems 1rs plan is of no use
Got call yesterday from jio that you have to recharge compulsory..
They said this 1rs plan cant be taken into consideration for continuing validity of number
Till today I never received call from Jio end to recharge even if 3 of my numbers were not recharged from more than 2 yrs. Now all sims have this Re.1 plan and no calls from any Jio representative. Maybe retailers are calling you. Since 2006, I have not visited a retailer for recharge. Just to get sim card and that from own close people.
Jio bugs daily with Recharge reminders despite these 1 Re. plans are being in use & stacked up.
Register your number under Fully Blocked category in DND to avoid recharge related calls still sms reminder may continue but calls will stop
