How to make recharge?
Recharge with 99 but did not receive 50 cashback yet.
Same case for me… I have generated complaint

U had 30 days till yesterday but got time on last day. 
Have patience. Jio facing load and they will extend prime subscription till tomorrow atleast.

Great offer But the current status is operator not supported 
Extension 
For many the problem is that UPI registration doesn’t work. I’m unable to register on any UPI services including BHIM as it says your number is registered in more then 1 name. Spoke to bank also but no help

Is this working for anyone now ? I’ve tried a few times in PhonePe yesterday and today and it always fails.

Ridiculous server management. I recharged with 99 for Prime sub and the recharge failed and the money deducted from bank (ICICI)!
PS: And its credited back in bank account in less than 10 mins!!

But Recharge has not happened till date ….

Yeah I have a friend who is in same situation. Recharged 3 days back, still no successful subscription. Money was debited obviously.
How to connect with PhonePe CC ?? In-app chat systems is worse…No replies for days..
Bro my first time also it failed …just try to fetch the bank balance using the app if it fails …change the pin …try until the balance shows …after that you can complete your transaction easily.
18 hours and still showing transaction processing.. no reply from customer care. Simply avoid.
