After checking cart & providing address , jiomart WhatsApp is showing error message : "I may not have an answer to that query at the moment. You can type 'Help' to get support for shopping on WhatsApp and I'll try my best to assist you.️". How to fix this problem? Getting this problem in two accounts. So Not getting payment options.

If you want to avail the offer then here is a process to bypass the error. If you have a WhatsApp account where you don't face the issue, use that WhatsApp account and log in to any JioMart account at the Browser/App from which you want to order (didn't avail of the offer already). Now after selecting the Pay on JioMart option in WhatsApp chat, it will redirect to the JioMart account from which you want to order. In this way, you can use WhatsApp & JioMart Accounts registered with different numbers and you can order from multiple JioMart accounts using a single WhatsApp account.

JMWA15 coupon got applied on Beardo products too. I ordered two items, got additional discount of 60.
A seperate invoice got generated as these are fulfilled by 3rd party.
So product value: 400
After JMWA15, invoice value 340
BUT today on delivery the invoice value was revised to 400! Looks like they removed the JMWA15 discount amount.
(and i had to pay 400 as the courier fellow said it would go from his pocket)
In another order, where I had a Beardo product with JMWA15, it accepted the order but while delivering only the Smart Bazaar items were delivred and the Beardo item was marked out of stock.
