They always cancelled my order. So afraid to give them prepaid money now. 
They don’t provide much discounts. Most of the time their stores have no products listed at website itself. Delivery service is given to anybody.
Even local kiryana shops provide better user experience compared to Jio and their their ads filled app.
So many negatives.
Don’t use Prepaid method.
Just COD and enjoy
not risky, but unprofessional…. refund time is very lengthy… generally over 7 days<3-15 days as per them>, i personally feel COD is better policy for them…why they cancel is yet to understand…. no follow up from jiomart… if u order 15 products, generally u will not get all products, they will surely cancel some of them..
No COD, only prepaid and full paid.
I noticed majority Online orders getting cancelled by jiomart.. don’t know why.. .. I’m using COD though
JioMart is very risky bet. Should be avoided till their delivery agents are traceable and genuine. See my feedback and others below. I yet to receive my missing orders which are showing delivered in app, even I have the OTP.
