Can we use promocodes with this offer ? Last time i used “ONCEAMONTH”, i got once a month cashback but was informed by paytm that I’m not eligible for 30 rs BHIM UPI cashback for that transaction. The offer banner was showing in the payment page though.
Yes you can use, and you should have received the cashback even after applying onceamonth, thats not an issue, paytm gave vague reply because of ignorance 
If you made a payment of 30+ with upi, whether with or without promo code, you will receive cb, personally tested with recharge many times

No such thing. I also got twice 30rs cashback for a single transaction of April 10th. Customer care confirmed it’s for one transaction from last month when Paytm hadn’t credited 30rs for buying stuff on mall through UPI and one transaction of 10th.

Not productive to contact them bro, they are ignorant of the technical things, wait till 30 april and then tally the cashback and transactions, if not received then spam them everywhere
