1. The CONTEST
   
   • “Natoons Contest” is conducted by Ferrero India Private Limited (Organizers / Company) and is available for participation through Kinder India website (www.kind...om) for participants across India (except the state of Tamil Nadu), only during the CONTEST Period.
2. CONTEST Period
   
   • CONTEST will run during the period from 11th June 2022 (00:00 hours) to 8th July 2022 (23:59 hours). The Company reserves the right to change the tenure or timing of the CONTEST at its sole and absolute discretion without any consent, connivance, notice or intimation to anyone.
3. Eligibility Criteria
   
   • CONTEST is open only to the participants residing in India except for the state of Tamil Nadu.
   • The employees of Ferrero, its associate companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Contest and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
   • Parent should share the story or real life experience of their kids with animals in pdf format only on the website www.kind...om.
4. How to participate
   
   • Read the terms and conditions carefully and proceed to participate only if you abide by all of them.
   • The participant should be a resident in India (except state of Tamil Nadu) and should be above 18 years of age.
   • The participant shall not be associated with Company or any of its affiliates.
   • To participate in the Contest, parent should share the story or real life experience of their child with animals, in pdf format only on the website www.kind...om and no other channels.
   • Your participation will only be considered only if the story follows the below guidelines:
     • Story should start by mentioning the name of the parent and their child.
     • Story should highlight the real-life experience or story of both the parent and the child together with animal.
     • Story should also highlight as to how the real-life experience or story sparked curiosity of the child.
     • Story should not exceed more than 500 words.
   • Participation in any other way than this will not be accepted.
   • Only one entry per participant will be accepted. The first entry from each participant will be considered for the Contest.
   • Participant may be requested to provide a proof of the child who is quoted in the story in order to meet the requirements of this Contest.
5. Voluntary and Free Participation
   
   • CONTEST is a voluntary initiative.
   • No additional fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the CONTEST.
   • It is not mandatory to participate in the CONTEST.
6. Prizes
   
   • On a Weekly level during the Contest period, there will be 1 (one) winner who will be eligible to visit an Indian National Wildlife Park/sanctuary finalized by the Company, for 2 nights and 3 days for a family of maximum 4 members (including both parents)
   • Company will send an email from [email protected] to the weekly winner on their registered email id which will be collected by the Company from the said winner by calling on their registered contact number provided during registration for this Contest.
   • The winner is required to reply within 2 days with their availability and tentative dates of travel to the Indian National Wildlife Park/sanctuary as approved and finalised by the Company.
   • The Company shall communicate the exact travel dates to the winner on their email address shared by the winner with the Company. In case the winner is not able to travel on the date communicated by the Company, the Company is under no obligation to postpone or adjust the dates and the decision of the Company in this regard will be final and binding.
   • Company reserves complete right to decide and plan the travel days within 06 months of the contest closure date.
   • The Weekly Winner will be chosen by shortlisting the story shared by the participants.
   • The weekly winner will be judged by the Company representatives and decision of the judges will be final & binding on the participants.
   • The Organizer shall only be responsible for the travel/lodging/entry to park arrangements of the weekly winner but shall not be responsible for any delay in transit, loss, damage, injury or death to the participant including loss or damage to the belongings etc. in and during the transit.
   • The winners will be announced on a Weekly basis by the Company.
   • The Organizer shall not be obliged to accept any request for change or modification in the travel dates communicated by the Organizer to the participant.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit.
