I am talking about older laptop, with 4 GB RAM, having Win 7/Vista that practically crawls and no one wants to use, may be dumped at some corner. Install Chrome OS Flex and it becomes blazing fast and perfectly usable.

Linux is also a good OS. particularly, the lighter versions coupled with XFCE desktop.
This model has no touchscreen and very poor viewing angles. HP 11A Chromebook that was available on Amz till yesterday at 17.7K is still a reasonable option.
