Reason is simple why people buy Samsung or One Plus phones over Micromax/Lava etc like local brands and that is trust and reliability these top end brands made in the minds of people over the years.
Although, these Godrej , Sansui , Hisense etc brands sell cheap almost half the price but cheap is not always the best. If cost is less then production cost would also be less meaning cheap parts were used and after 2-3 years they will start giving problem although many people are using these local brand's AC for more than 10 yrs without any maintenance so all depends on your luck.
After sale service is also good and available in most town and cities that's why they charge heavy price than rest of the local brands.

Better to go with LG 1.5 ton 4 star model it has 5000 cooling capacity and not much difference in isseer ratings
