This TV wasn’t meant for me. I tried ordering it but my transaction wasn’t successful. From 10: 45 to 10:58 tried multiple times. Card and UPI both options.
Maybe life has something better in mind for me.

Yes confirmed from cc 3 years warranty and 2 year AMC at inr 3.5k, normal price of AMC is around 9.5k.

Also they updated 3 year warranty provided by LG to all purchases made from Oct to NOV 2021. Mine is shipped and expected to deliver on 10th Oct.

I have to ask them for invoice… but serial number on TV mismatches the invoice..So waiting for things to be resolved..and also today installation was initiated by Croma..have to wait for 24-48hrs for installation..

Anyone got solution from Croma regarding Serial Mismatch yet ??
@flamebuster @hoymata @geetansh1991348 Guys just got call from Croma they have forwarded case to warehouse for possible replacement regarding Serial number mismatch. Had to mail grievance.officer@croma(dot)com for same.
LG CC has confirmed that wrong Serial on invoice won’t be entertained for claiming warranty.
What is meant by not entertained? Will we get warranty on the actual TV or not?
