This has been one of the worst credit card experience for me. Though my Cibil is more than 800 and I was all eligible for the card. They charged joining fees and said that we have no any such offer as free card. Almost 100 calls in a month to get the fee reversed and finally cancelled the card. It is more like a pawn brokers not a bank so beware. Finally, I raised complaint with consumer complaint portal. Gave a nightmare. There is nothing free in RBL.
NEVER EVER APPLY THROUGH BANK BAZAAR… 90% of the TIME APPLICATION GETS REJECTED BY THE BANK… AND ONCE YOU REGISTER AT BB… BE BE READY FOR BUNCH OF SPAMS….

And Best Company for selling worst bank products to Customers as a Broker.
In paat 3 years me and my some friends face many problems from Bank Bazaar.
If something wrong entries showing in your credit score they don’t help.
They just told we are a medium.. if you face problems then you may need to contact credit score companies..we don’t provide any help.
When we contact companies they told you are not our clients. You used bankbazaar service so Please contact bankbazaar.
It takes 1year to delete wrong entries in my credit score with continue follow up.
Then 2nd problem I faced for soo called Citi Bank Pre-approved credit card.
I got the lots of sms for PRE APPROVED Citi Bank credit card. In every sms it mentioned No Income Document needed.
When I login to apply there also same thing mentioned that not need income document.
But after process. Received Application Rejected due to incomplete Income Document.
Actually, Bankbazaar can’t help you to remove the entries. You need to raise it to experian or cibil. For me, even Experian did not help. They asked me to contact bank.
On second point this is how entire marketing of all the companies work. There are certain criteria which will not require income document.
All such marketing comes with TnC.
Want to close this card.. have sent numerous mails but there is no update from their side.. such a pathetic customer care..
I have earned more than 40000 rewards points on RBL shop rite card..
Some are transferred from my old card platinum maxima card..
Earlier I used to redeem 2000 rupees amazon gift voucher by using 8000/9000 reward points but recently they have changed offer and needs to redeem more than 15000 rewards points for 2000 rs amazon voucher….
Where to use that so that so that I can get maximum returns..
And want to know that rewards resumption is different for different variants??
Should I swith card variant to another and redeem..??

no, all rbl cards have same reward portal. i have rbl icon card after increased points for amazon voucher i cant even get my joining fee worth back which was 5k. reward redemption of RBL has become total worthless.
I have both RBL delight and Yes bank prosperity edge credit cards. The reward rate of points which we get on spends is very very low.
Do go for these cards if you are taking for earning rewards on spends.

Bankbazaar does and has the authority to make the cibil enquiry, it just happened with me a week before, they did the enquiry for RBL Credit Card.
Got verification call from RBL Bank for a different card not the one which i applied from BB, so rejected at the upfront to stop the application process but the enquiry was made and got message from CIBIL as soon as i confirmed the BB guy to proceed with application over the call.

Yes but that would be done by the bank and not Bankbazaar. Bankbazaar does not have access to make Enquiry. Technically BB informs RBL that there is a customer and then RBL do check the recent CIBIL score as per their policy.
RBL in return will inform BB that the customer is good or bad to proceed for further processing.
This is followed by all the banks. They need to check your recent credit score.
