Guys, so to reach the card apply page, go to your account and there you will see an option called flipkart axis bank credit card. When I opened that link in the app, it was showing the same ‘coming soon’ for me too. Then I opened it on my browser, same coming soon. Then I switched to desktop mode and ta da, it allowed me to apply. An SMS was sent to my number from where I was able to apply. I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but it could, so it’s worth a shot.

I applied for card under the lifetime offer but under the application no FAQ section It says the card has annual fees? Can anyone help please not sure what to do. 
This is BS…i applied for axis fk card back in may ..but status remained as still in progress and whenever i open the application page it just shows a loading page….now my credit score is affected really very bad…came down to below 700 mark…just saw the report and it seems axis has done almost 20 times hard enquiry….this has reduced my score by 100 points….Any idea when will my score become normal again?

My experian report had 3 enquiries from Axis on the same day (3 Sep). I hope mine is not stuck in a loop as well.
My application shows “verification from bank pending, we will update when it is ready” since then with no update.

Have anyone tried to convert existing FK axis (paid) card to LTF card by this offer (e.g. calling cust care and ask them for this)? or close existing card and apply again?
My neo card was paid variant. I asked them to close the cc account. They made it LTF.

we are not getting option to “Apply” for existing FK card holder. There is only “view detail” option. So it seems first we need to close existing card and then reapply..Not sure how viable is this option as we dont know how much time Axis will take to close the card and whether new application will be approved or not..confused 
I entered wrong pan card details, so I am unable to do Video Kyc as it doesn’t let me proceed.
There is no way to change the pan card details now and physical kyc is still not done nor is there any update.
Customer care guys did not have any info they just said to visit branch and apply for card from there.
What should I do?
Nothing you can do other than cancel application but you won’t get ltf card if apply from branch I think so no point anyway.
Axis not giving this credit card approval easily?? I can see not many got the virtual card yet

Iam getting all sorts of weird messages. Tried on app it says “Sorry this offer is presently not available. Please try again later”. Tried through desktop. It says we’ve sent you a message to registered mobile number. Please click on the link in message. However, I didn’t receive any such message.
