Terms and Conditions - RuPay Scan and Score
By participating in the RuPay Scan & Score Rewards Program (“Program”) you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Terms for participating in the Program.
1.1. Duration
1.1.1. The RuPay Scan & Score Rewards Program will commence from 02nd June 2024 and shall
continue until 31st January 2025 (“Tenure”).
1.1.2. The Campaign Tenure can be modified or extended based on the sole and absolute discretion
of NPCI.
1.2. Eligibility
1.2.1. Any User who is 18 or above years of age is eligible to participate in the Program and this
Program is being carried out Pan India
1.2.2. Transaction Eligibility
1.2.2.1 A transaction will be considered eligible for RuPay Scan & Score Rewards Program
(“Program”) provided it fulfils the following requirements:
• Payer account type is RuPay Credit Card (“RCC”) through UPI
• The transaction is a successful transaction.
• Minimum transaction value ₹400 for Silver Tier | 200 for Gold Tier & R.100 for Platinum
Tier
• The transaction fulfils the below merchant categorisation.
o Small Online Merchants;
o Large Online Merchants;
o Large Offline Merchants;
o Small Offline Merchants (Transaction value > ₹2000)
• Only those transactions where interchange is applicable (refer circular NPCI/2022-
23/RuPay/019-A ) is eligible for the Campaign
• Transaction must be done within the Tenure, after participating in the Campaign.

1.2.3.3. Coins Earning Process:
1.2.3.3.1. A customer would earn 1 Coin for every ₹400 spent in Silver Tier, 1 Coin for every ₹400 spent in Gold Tier and 1 Coin for every ₹100 spent in Platinum Tier.
1.2.3.3.2. There is a per transaction capping applicable in the program, were a Silver Tier customer would earn max. 25 Coins per transaction; Gold Tier customer would
earn max. 50 Coins per transaction; and Platinum Tier customer would earn max.
100 Coins per transaction.
1.2.3.3.3. As per the monthly Coins accrual capping rule, a Silver Tier customer would earn max. 250 Coins per month; Gold Tier customer would earn max. 500 Coins per month; and Platinum Tier customer would earn max. 1000 Coins per month.
1.2.3.3.4. To maintain Gold tier, users must conduct transactions totalling at least ₹25,000
along with 25 transactions per month.
1.2.3.3.5. To maintain Platinum tier, users must conduct transactions totalling at least ₹
40,000 along with 40 transactions per month.
1.2.3.4. Coins Redemption Process:
1.2.3.4.1. Coins accumulated by the program members can be redeemed at

1.2.3.4.2. Customer has to enter the RSAS registered mobile number along with OTP in order
to login to the portal.
1.2.3.4.3. Upon successful login, a customer would be able to redeem the available Coins
balance against the vouchers listed on the catalogue portal. A customer can only
redeem one voucher in a single transaction.
1.2.3.4.4. Availability of brand vouchers and denomination in redemption catalogue portal
is sole discretion of NPCI.
All transactions should qualify the eligibility criteria given in point 1.2.2.
Then just use your rupay card on any app like gpay, paytm, cred etc. & as you fulfill offer you will ger rewards on same whatsapp number.

Could not participate last time. Got a rupay card 3 months back and opted in to this offer ,now sending hi gives me my rewards and my vouchers option but not getting any reply after that.

Tier upgrade period is considered for the entire duration right? They must be nuts if they think we'll do 80 or 120 txns every month
Well in tnc's i see that for maintaining gold or platinum tier you have to spend 25k and 40k in month.

it is giving revert on whatsapp , however whenever i check for my points or try to redeem reward, it says m not registered, contact ur bank..
