Instead of 4 quantities of set of 3 jars,He sent 1 quantity but with a invoice of 4 quantity .

parcel received by a family memebr and showing status as delivered on paytm .

Ordered 2 screen guards sold by OSTRIVA TECHNOLOGY and received only 1 screen guard, the invoice shows 2 quantity, has payed Rs.698 for two.

I got reply from cc and the shipped my item after 2 hrs, no matter with cc till now.

I guess iam lucky, ordered a NetGear Wireless Router for Rs. 1050 and received after 7 days in good condition also recd. CashBack of Rs. 400 after sending the email to PayTM.

But based on the above posts i think PAYTM is going ShopClues way, though i did get my product and cashback I would still say need to be caution while ordering with PAYTM

You need to confirm that you are ok with the product and then you will egt cashback

The problem in paytm cashback is that your order should be marked completed and not processing even after delivery of shipment . Otherwise cashback tab/button is not activ or seen .
paytm takes its own sweet time to mark the order as completed .
So if anyone has issues , tell paytm to mark order as completed .
paytm can not give you cashback till you are in return period . You have to select no return for it .

So whoever has issues check whether you order shows as completed or not .

When will Retrun Option be shown ?
