I cancelled one of my order. paytm has refunded money in form of paytm cash in account. already i have so much of moeny in paytm wallet. is it possible i can get it in bank account. or is there any way i can covert all my paytm cash into my bank accout. they are not responding for the mails Properly and cust care number really sucks. there is no option to connect to the person… can any one confirm the CC number…

I got ambrane power bank p-1000(black) from same seller. the seal was proper in my case. I got it in black color box.

I meant to say that seal was proper in my case too. but the product can be removed/inserted from the other way of the box without disturbing the seal…

Even I dint receive my cash back.I verified my orders and there are only two Options “Invoice” and “return” there is no “cash back” whats wrong with them.?

Don’t log in from main Paytm site…go to paytm shop home page, then log in, go to orders and claim your cashback. Hope this helps.

I ordered a samsung guru E1200 phone using SHOP50 and it still hasnt shipped – though the date mentioned was last week

I got a mail from paytm saying if they cant ship theyll credit into paytm account

yes no doubt the product is new but I am worried about its genuineness…somehow it looks fake one..
When put on charging, it take so long to go from one percent to second…

till now when i placed any order, it directly shows “Packed” status on paytm and shipped after 3-4 days and they were not cancelling order.

Same experience here, except they cancelled the order after few days and not me. They transferred it to PayTM wallet, which I absolutely didn’t want. Finally they have said they will transfer to bank a/c. and its not easy to deal with them. Most of the time it seems they don’t reply to emails, though you get a ticket number. Service is quite bad. Also my last order really old stock – mfd. in 2011.
