if you having zerodha ,and still thinking its the best…my request is to once google upstox pro app and see youtube videos before any comments its specially for you … why?
zerodha failed more than dozen times during peak hours ,
zerodha started hitting stoploss which the stock never went ( if you trading itc buying and keeping 270 as stoploss , it will hit but days low is 271.3 its personally happend to me so many times

Dont have much knowledge about demat, however my friend has ICICI demat account.
He likes that bcoz it if buy and sell is done within 5 mins then no need to brokerage.
Dont know how many such transaction and much he is saving by that. But any such feature with other demat account ?

@limited2.0 – I’ve few questions and some thoughts :
1. You mentioned on your post that " App is much advanced with best charts " – are you even serious. Reading a chart is best when it’s done on pc screen.
Having said that I find charts of zerodha and it’s backoffice more attractive and easy to understand.
2. Even zerodha has online account opening process but for trading barring intraday you need to send POA – so what’s the difference.
3. UI of Kite is also good.
4. Now about the “Loot” word – do you really think it is – I agree you are getting a account almost for free but what’s the use if you don’t trade – also upstox is giving you Rs. 300 as referral benefit so you are not giving anything out of your pocket but no where you mentioned it or I missed it ?
5. Every time your referred persons executes a trade you will earn 10% in brokerage but you forgot to tell it here intentionally – be honest about what you post and your own referral benefit.
6. Do you really have an intention to help dimers to find a good trading platform or you’re just after the brokerage commission for your own benefit only ( as it’s not a tiny amount ) I can see on upstox website that the top ones in referring has got as much 68k+ in a year – it more seems like only the second one.
8. On another thread of yours you have mentioned fyers gives 20% as referral brokerage commission so now you know what are you after.
9. Lastly, every brokers registered with SEBI has their pros and cons but nothing is a real deal breaker – but luring people here and there foryour own befit only is not a great act.
Disclosure : Have demat and trading account with both upstox and zerodha ( me and my elder bros ) and i operate these.
I’ve no personal issue about you earning a little commission here and there but my point is you did not mention it, it’s not a loot and you made the thread look like you are a magician and giving away Rs. 300 but the truth is upstox is giving you this – but you failed to be honest and hid information as well.If you call it a deal it’s erratic one as well as to get Rs. 300 from you you one need to rely on you but you are not a authority or something else so believing on your personal honesty can’t be a deal.

there is no point discussing that zerodha is best or uptox,,,the deal here says that there will be a refund of 300 from the thread creator,,,moreover if a guy is a good trader, then irrespective of the trading account he will earn profits,,,,yeas the truth is no one is paying 300 from his on pocket, upstox pays him and he pays you,,,,,but the part is its a good deal for person looking for opening an account and they get to open a good demat.trading account in 300 rupees less than what they would have actually paid ,,,,anyways one can also pm me for referral link and 300 cash refund from my side in their acount

i’ve no problem people opening a free demat+trading account but here the topic creator’ s main motive is to distribute his Rs. 269 among as much as people he can as he knows many accounts created now will lay idle.

and yes , i hope zerodha guys may relate that on big movement days,,like election result days, trump selection and brexit when theer was 1000 points movement in market, zerodha froze and orders were not getting procesed for mny of the zrodha accounts where as on upstox, the orders were getting cleared in seconds as ususal,,,so now i m saying that no two demats are same but are best suited for different type of traders,,whats suits one may be bad for another,,,,,
