Not Valid: Customer spends Rs. 1500 (min. order value of offer is Rs. 1500) & cancels a product worth Rs. 800.
In this case, the allowed cancellation limit (total order amount – minimum order amount) is Rs. 0.
In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.

How can you not click confirm since you have to select payment method on paytm web which comes up after you select Paytm on the coolwinks payment page and is now the first option above amazon pay etc.. They have wallet, paytm bank and credit cards and debt cards etc.. You select which one and enter the info and press pay.. Otherwise it just errors back ad you get an sms saying the order did not complete.. Before the CB was instant but now its taking time for some reason.. It also took a long time and timed out twice when sending UPI transfer a few hours ago so their servers might be over loaded.
For some reason it again asked me to log in via an OTP.. I was already logged in since 2 weeks ago..
i think we need to wait now for 3-4 days

They wont ship the item or process the order until you confirm the order so just dont confirm and wait.. The will call if you dont confirm in a day and tell them you have not received the CB so waiting until you do. You can even refuse delivery.. Or send it back for a refund and they will come collect it in a few days.
Not like they will run away after sending millions of of it almost for free for months.. My cancelled order with PhonePE took 2 days to get a refund..
