A maximum of 10 vouches may be used per person, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). lots of modifications in TnCs… pls dnt buy it now for excess uses

I think email is more effective than calls to them. Out of the 5 codes that I received so far, only 2 came by SMS, the remaining 3 they sent by email after I contacted them. 3 in the oven. 4 waiting to get in. Booking only one code from one SIM at a time.

For me they asked for invoice today (for one code) saying there are multiple registrations for that code. Fortunately I had bought from BB and was able to print the invoice. Not sure what you can do.

I have received 5 MobiKwik so far that I have redeemed. 3 are awaited. Out of that for one, they asked for invoice saying there are multiple registrations for that code. I tried to register a new code today and I got an error – that code is already registered. I am sending a mail to them. I noticed two things in common for these two cards that had problems – both are light blue – all the others were dark blue; and these two packs were packed in September – all the others are Oct/Nov packing. I suspect that the light blue ones have leaked out… It is difficult to say with certainty with just two codes – Anyone else noticed this?

p.s: I have registered a max of 3 per number so far.

Code are not coming automatically to phones. You email with purchase proof and they email back the codes
But, out of the 3 codes they emailed me in this manner, 1 appears already used, while 2 worked fine. No reply from them since 2 days.
So, likely that they have started using codes themselves or just emailing the same codes to multiple people.
