Take a screen shot of QR code of Googlepay or Phonepe. Send it to email or Google drive. Now open email on laptop or desktop. Now open SCREEN SHOT OF QR CODE which is displayed on laptop or desktop. Now scan that code with your mobile. And do the transaction.
