Received order today. But ghee was not there. Also there was no discount offered on other 3 items. These 3 were charged at MRP.
Also when I contacted ITC, they replied that Pincode will address your concern.
There is no option to call Pincode customer care. There app shows that ghee is part of order. Have placed written complaint on app. Let see if I will get refund or not.
Bad experience, won't order again.
