I would rather buy a 128GB solid state drive. These old technology will test your patience with thier slowness

Everytime u don't need speed, sometimes u need data storage also, so comparing both is senseless

Hi guys, for those who are planning to buy this particular model from this seller, just know that this is a old stock (Feb 2021 made). I bought it and it works perfectly but Im having trouble registering for warranty as wd is asking proof that this is a newly bought one and not a used one, even after I had sent them invoice. I have contacted both flipkart and wd support, lets see how it goes.

Warranty has been updated in the system. Both Flipkart and WD were good in terms of support.  https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/813766/medium/Screenshot20221008183759.jpg?1665234647

is that a problem if manufacturing date is old? + @guest_999
Somewhat yes because older the stock more chances of hdd experiencing rough handling during transportation/storage.
