When folks including yours truly hv already received 100 Citrus cash without making any transaction then where’s the scope for confusion? Cant u go back a few posts and read through them? Transaction is only needed for additional 50 cashback.

Actually you can’t do anything and commenting on fb page is foolishness they clearly stated in t&c offer valid only on transaction but still they were/are(I still believe offer is working) giving cash back without transaction it is a loophole which will be fixed if you contacted cc

While you sign up it clearly states that 100 rs sign up bonus for the user who sign up thru zoom car
And then the new points states that 50 rs cashback on transacting thru citrus on zoom for unlimited transactions
Do i dont think its wrong to contact them about the sign up bonus ,,, and if there were loop holes ,, it should been have fixed till now so dont worry
But hoping good waiting for 1 more day if the bonus comes direct to account ,, will file a ticket tommorow for sure
