Not sure if this comes under deal, @admin please relocate if needed.

Earlier I saw shipping charges on mamaearth although the cart is above 400 when cred voucher is used.
Basically they reduce 500 from the cart value but add 99/- (convenience fee) and 40/- delivery charges.

Now they are charging only convenience fee. Also the voucher from cred works for products under 500 too.

So I guess it is good time to redeem the voucher.

Update: Above all, although no shipping charges are billed, they refunded 46/- to my wallet in the name of shipping charges.

Mamaearth sends constant irritating SMS/email even after unsubscribing and sending an email to stop them.

Fake site.. my privieous order cancel. My 500 rs voucher is totally vest.

@kpathak497617 I placed an order on 23rd June, late in the evening. Received the same on 25th, late in the evening. I felt little faster than amazon/flipkart

You can’t avoid that convenience fee. It is mentioned in the cred’s terms and conditions. But now it looks you can avoid extra shipping fee they usually charge.

Talked to their care, they initially denied that it can’t be reused, but after requesting, they said I can. Not sure if they really did anything in background but I’m able to reuse the voucher after about 5 minutes soon after the earlier order is cancelled.
