After reading about so many of such scams how come anyone can even believe this ? May be spending a great deal of time online ( social networking ) making people just too busy in show off instead of any actual awarenesses ( no offense meant to anyone ) – there’s just too many trending things so just believe anything you see online. You bargain with your local vendor but believe a cheap shady deal online easily ? Even I fear to order things from any eBay seller but there’s some items you can’t get anywhere else easily. Anyway, But if a deal is too good to be true and not even a fulfilled item then the deal is not a true one for sure. And not to mention Amazon’s great help on such regard ( pun intended ). Instead of buying it’s better to lodge a complaint about such seller on consumer court.

Guys i have confirmed with Amazon and in case of any duplicate product or incorrect product Amazon would help with refund and they will no doubt support us. Amazon is the best in gaining customers trust . So it would never disappoint.
In case if the seller sends duplicate product we will get to know at the time of installation as BPL would be providing free installation (As said by customer support guy from Amazon).

Deliver to ho pehle, duplicate hai ya nahin ye to baad ki baat hai.
Main problem to ye hai ki buyers ko jo tracking number diye gaye hain vo unka destination galat hai aur to aur tracking numbers bhi buyers ke same hain.

So let it deliver first.

You need to know the weight of the courier packet & its size(dimension).
Call or write email to DTDC and ask both the (weight & size) of packet , if fibd anything wrong then inform amazon immediately for delivery of item.

The tracking id provided by the seller is same for every one.Fake seller. For india post it is CP160367205IN. And for DTDC it is Z44890774. So guys jaldi se Amazon ko contact karo aur cancel karo order and don’t accept the parcel. Contact customer care and cancel it

So I called Amazon, it was 1 hr long call, they accepted that the seller has cheated me. They filed a claim, I recorded the call. They gave me assurance of refund in 24-48 hrs. Lets wait and watch

Itna sab hone ke baad bhi seller sabko same tracking numbers diya jaa raha hai abi tak.
Sab buyers (desidime) ne amazon ko inform kar diya hoga ab tak, lekin amazon ne koi action nahin liya seller ke against.
Amazon customer support team is not aware of this issue , they are still saying that ignore the given tracking number & wait your product, it will be delivered to you!

wtf…. Y the hell people are not still understanding this scam which has now become very common…
all these sellers are fraud and will never fulfill any orders instead they send some stupid stuff via cod… As a responsible platform, Desidime should send some proactive messages to all its subscribers explaining this scam… hope admin will do something…..
