Order cancelled will I receive full refund or partial adjusting PayPal cashback?

Medlife refunded RS 5 out of.my order total 389. My cash back lose when this refund received ro PayPal?

My order total was 389 and paid boa PayPal, received cash back also. Tuday message received from medlife stating RS 5 is refunded to original source.
Will I lose full PayPal cash back 25% or will it be adjusted

Is it still active or over?

Can this be used on lab?
Is lab reliable?

Medlife is a junk company. 2/3 of my orders had issues.

They do not issue order summary on email.

They change price even after placing the order then make order as COD

If yoy have refund then they will escalate the price

Old Medlife & Old PayPal (first Medlife tnx on Payal) will work?

This is NOT LOOT ! NEITHER A GOOD DEAL AS Paypal gives 50% cashback upto Rs. 200 for every user on mostly every website only on first transaction.

I used to order a lot using Medlife 2-3 years back, when not much competitors were there. Their service used to be very good and delivery used to be prompt, usually the next day itself.

It detoriated a lot over a period.. Some times the delay can be 1 week.. What is the point of such much delay in medicines. They will not even acknowledge that medicines are not available and false promises.

I can safely say their market share plummeted with their service quality and new players like netmeds, pharmeasy, 1mg giving very good discounts and faster deliveries.

Now, they are in damage repair mode with discounts etc… Recently they launched xpress Delivery for selected set of medicines (launch offer no shipping fee). Got it the same day both the times… So I hope they are learning from their mistakes

For my parents and parents in law diabetic and cardiac, we buy medicines often. In my opinion, 1 MG is the worst among all 4 especially because they will deliver partial items quoting out of stock.
