Don't buy from Amazon. I bought this LG Machine during Great Indian Diwali Sale and fraud seller Dawntech sent a damaged LG washingMachine. I had bought this under exchange offer wher8i got RS 5410 for exchange Amount. I contacted Amazon customer care for replacement but they told it's not possible and offered me cancel and refund option which I opposed as I had got a good deal under exchange and RS 7420 bank offer total amount for the machine was RS 25250.
I even contacted them on Twitter but they didn't helped in replacement even after 7 days of follow up they stuck to either keep the damaged machine or opt for cancellation and refund when I highlighted that I had got all the offers & want replacement only they told that's not possible but offered to refund full exchange Amount of RS 5410-200 for handling that's RS 5210 I agreed as I didn't have any other choice & but to my surprise Amazon deducted RS3800 and deposited RS 1410 only in my Amazon wallet upon return and cheated me of Rs3800 which their customerCare fooled me by saying entire refund or Rs5410 will be credited as I was insisting on replacement. Pathetic Fraud service by Amazon. It's better to buy big appliances from offline local stores as if anything is a miss you are assured of full refund and better personalized services. Finally brought an upgraded LG washing machine model FHM1409 from Croma which is a bit expensive but excellent product.
Same happened with me in case of furniture. Installation guy stole some parts complained several times they assured that they will provide the parts or send refund amount if I buy parts from local and produce bill.
Nothing happened. They insisted on full refund or replace but again for that I would have to call them and wait in home. So much hassle that I kept the product and attached parts myself.
