I used my sbi visa debit card and when tried to redeem its showing an error “To redeem this coupoun u have to make teansaction using” this incomplete message.
Mobikwik is playing tricks some of the users successfully redeem and to some of them they give such foolish errors. DONT TRUST MOBIKWIK,DO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Your registered mobile no. (with Mobikwik) should be present within the mobile device thru which you are trying to use the OTP. Otherwise it doesn’t work.

My txs was success and i got cash back also, but it did not ask me any 3d security code i used my visa citi bank cc?…..

actually if you have ever logged in two different accoubts on a single device (EVER) then this Shity App record this and the next time if you redeem the coupon on that device(regardless you used 1st or 2nd account) , it will flag that The coupon is used for both the account….
(Although you will see the error as Device already used , but belive me this is what This Shitty company is doing , !!)
Solution – umm.. not too sure but the only way is to abandon the common device for usage of any coupon and find some other new device ….!

Not necessary.. Your sim can be in other phone as well.. After 60 seconds, ‘Enter OTP’ option appears in which you can manually type in the otp you received in some other mobile.. I did it just now on v5.0..

Incase your registered mobile no (with mobidick) sim is in your phone, you won’t have to wait 60 seconds, as soon as sms arrives, app automatically takes code from it and redirects you to enter promocode..

they’re basically tracking your device ID. You can use apps which can change device ID and you’ll be good to go..
