Otherwise Atom would have stealed more money from other fellow dimers as well..

I lost hope in this app as I topped up the wallet with 110/- and went for a recharge..
Then only i figured out that there is no Airtel in the providers list..
So infact the 110 amount i added to the wallet is now Atoms money..
I simply cant believe how many crores thay might have collected with this post and that too desidime supporting this..

I really feel pity of the decision made by DD to promote this to FPD as I would never have even tried installing this if this was not an FPD.

Finally a question to RDX Bhai:
I topped up the wallet with Rs 110/- yesterday..
If I didnt do a recharge then will i be eligible for their 100 cashback/recharge?

I request admins/mods to please verify a deal clearly prior to promoting the deals to FPD..
Please treat this as a humble request from a dimer..

Still waiting for the 100/- rs top-up in atom wallet as i done recharge my atom account by 100/- yesterday and then recharged my docomo mobile by same rs 100/- from atom wallet.
Now i believe they are cheaters

I won’t say its Atom fault , People r complaining that there is no option of some service providers by Atom . Who said u to Top up the wallet before checking this important thing , How can u say that its Atom’s,Deal or Desidime Fault in this?

No u won’t get the cashback only for Filling Atom wallet , U must have to do a recharge using that ..But as i said even if u don’t do that , ur money is safe for lifetime …u can use it later on anytime .

The offer clearley says that u have to do recharge By using Atom wallet and even if u check the below end of pic , T and C made point more clear about how to fill ur wallet under this promotion

Next line u marked is a T and C that for filling Atom wallet u can use only XXXX (mention in pic) payment options .

Now its clear to u ????..Its a simple logic/t and c ..And one more thing some people r saying that they did recharge for DTH/Data Cards …But is there anywhere written in the pic that offer will b applicable on those also . As i can see its only mentioned for prepaid mobile no.’s . Sorry if i have missed to check other things .

It meant, first u have to load ur wallet by those three means ONLY….
If you did so, then using wallet u have to recharge ro get the cashback..!

And if u load ur atom wallet by other modes(if available), then u won’t be eligible for offer..

Ok , I just call up the C.Care ..According to them there is some delay from their side but they assure me that i will get the recahrge done for the same amount on the same mobile no./s from their end very soon .They have even registered a complaint for this .

So, its clear (as per now) that i will get a recharge , not wallet cash.

And regarding the offer …As i have asked/got to know ..I can’t recharge the same mobile no.‘s today again if i have to avail this offer and also the Limit is there of 3 different mobile no.’s in a day under this offer . The offer is valid till today Midnight .

For all those failed transactions, they may dont havehigh bandwidth servers, they hav not invested in upgrading there servers so that they can serve a large no of customers. They are not a big company like paytm and ngpay and all those…

So they must first use there money and invest to improve there services, softwares, customer support and servers and bandwidth… Rather than running a promotion..

Guys, don’t worry about your money…I have a good experience with atom…long back there was an offer of 50/- if you book a railway ticket through atom…I didn’t face any problem then….
coming to the current scenario I recharged a total of 6 (3 yesterday and 3 today)…two transactions were failed (one was my mistake…I wrongly selected the operator)..

Very poor CC. Failed transaction amount deducted from wallet. Not reversed even after 24 hrs. To talk to their, we will have to shell out money from our pocket. Out of 24×7, 99% of their time, service is not available. If they are not ready, why should they come to market?
