I have personally used this and it is a pretty sweet offer for anyone who has more than one Jio payment (Jio recharge, JioFiber bill payment, JioMart) to make before the end of October. In fact Pay With Rewards has become my preferred option for almost all payments in the Jio universe overtaking Amazon Pay over the past couple of months.
You get the cashback / coupon in your Twid Pay wallet and you can redeem the cashback fully on your next payment after 7 days but before end of October.
There is no need to sign up for Twid Pay. You just login with your mobile number and it will automatically show you your rewards from Zillion (Payback), Flipkart Supercoins and InterMiles assuming you have used the same mobile number on all of them. The balance amount can be paid using UPI, PhonePe/Mobikwik Wallets or DC/CC.

I logged in My Jio app with airtel number, then selected recharge for others, during payment logged in pay with Rewards using airtel number, got cashback and utilized cashback also.

the way I see is on myjio I'm unable to change the login to twid and it directly takes the number on jio as my twid user for checking reward points
i want to use points from another number and recharge another jio number, but I'm unable to do so.
Just google jio recharge without login put any jio number which needs to recharge select twidpay edit the mobile number with any twidpay account number and pay as normally
