The contest begins from 18th May 2024, at 12 p.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. IST on 30th June, 2024. (validity period). Only entries shared within this time period will be eligible.

1- Play the game as per the specific instructions mentioned under the head ‘Instructions’ and collect as many boosters and avoid as many irritants as you can in 60 seconds.

2- In the process of the Game, you need to collect at least one ‘Super Booster’ to be entitled to have exciting discount offers, as applicable, for purchase of selective package of Navratna Cool Talc.

3- Share your name, WhatsApp number and name of your city along with your consent to initiate the game; The Company reserves the right to send future promotional communication on your concerned WhatsApp number.

4- Top Three (3) winners with the highest scores over the entire validity period of the game shall win an exclusive prize each like television, air conditioner or refrigerator. In case of more than 3 eligible participants having the same score, the participant submitting the result first amongst the rest of the said same scorers shall be the winner in exclusion of the rest.

5- Participation is subject to the instant Rules and the Terms and Conditions enumerated hereunder.

1- This Game is organised by Emami Limited (the Company). Participation is voluntary and every participant can participate for unlimited times within the ‘validity period’ (defined hereunder) of the game.

The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the ‘validity period’ of the game at any point of time.

3- The contest is open only for Indian nationals residing in India, over 18 years of age. No employee or family members of (i) Emami Limited, its affiliates, associates, subsidiaries and (ii) advertising agency associated with this campaign shall be eligible to participate in this contest.

4- By participating in this contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs and further T&Cs and/or any amendments thereof, if any, to be made by the Company if so required. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Emami Limited to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Emami Limited to conduct further, similar or other contests in future.

5- By participating in this contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this contest and are of such legally permissible age.

6- The Company shall not be responsible/liable for usage of any Whatsapp number for the purpose by the participant of the game, and the participant shall be solely responsible for such usage. Future promotional communication to the applicable number shall be subject to expressed denial to the same by the owner of the said number. The Company shall not be obligated to verify the authenticity of the information provided therein.

7- Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant. Emami Limited reserves the right to verify winner’s details either on its own or through its authorized agency/person and the winner shall provide all necessary details as asked for including but not limited to any documentary evidence like age, address proof, nationality etc. Emami Limited shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason. If a winner is unreachable, ineligible or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the prize will be transferred to the next shortlisted participant.

8- Emami Limited has the sole discretion in selecting the winners from all eligible entries received based on the scores of the participants during the validity period of the game. The decision of Emami Limited in this regard will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entertained by Emami Limited with regard to the same. Prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' basis and are not assignable or heritable.

9- Emami Limited holds the right to publish the winner names through any medium/channel.

10- The period for which the prize can be claimed by any winner after the declaration of winners by Emami Limited shall be for a period of 3 days (“prize claim period”). Emami Limited shall contact the winner/s to claim the prize on the WhatsApp number shared by them. In the event Emami Limited is unable to contact any winner with reasonable efforts within the prize claim period then a written communication will be sent to the WhatsApp number so provided to claim the prize within the next 24 hours. If the prize still remains unclaimed Emami Limited shall disqualify such winner from claiming the prize and select the next immediately eligible participant (“shortlisted participant”) as the winner. The decision of Emami Limited shall be final and binding.

11- Emami Limited strictly forbids and is not responsible for the misuse of any content. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will be flagged by Emami Limited and shall not be considered. Emami Limited retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content and reserves the right without any prejudice to take any appropriate action as it deems fit.

12- No participants including entrants and winners shall have any claim against Emami Limited or its affiliates with regard to matters connected with this contest. All participants including entrants and winners expressly waive any and all rights of claim against Emami Limited with regard to the contest, prize, declaration of winner or the T&Cs hereof. Further, Emami Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Contest or accepting any part of the prize. Further, participants will hold Emami Limited harmless against any loss, damage, taxes, liabilities suffered by Emami Limited due to a participant’s participation in this contest or accepting any prize or part thereof.

13- Emami Limited reserves the right to withdraw the contest and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this Contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.

14- Emami Limited will not be responsible and liable for acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products/prize provided under the contest. Emami Limited shall not be responsible for any technical error of the device / apparatus used for participation in the game.

15- The participant(s) hereby give express permission to Emami Limited & its affiliates to freely use and distribute in any manner and through any medium their submissions and content thereof as entered by them in this Contest. Acceptance of the prize/s by the winner/s constitutes express permission to Emami Limited to shoot videos, click photographs of the winner/s and use the winner/s name, photograph, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for any promotional purpose of the Company’s product/s.

16- Materials/content sent/submitted with Emami Limited including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submission of an entry to this contest shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Emami Limited shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback, materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Emami Limited is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose. Participants agree and confirm that such submissions and any content/material included therein does not breach intellectual and/or proprietary rights of any third party.

17- Prizes are non-transferable & Emami Limited reserves the right to modify/withdraw the prizes, with/without any prior notice.

18- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.

19- By entering the contest, participants indemnify Emami Limited and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest.

21- Resemblance to the nature and process of the game with that of any other similar or like nature of game is purely coincidental and no ideas/themes have been deliberately copied and/or adopted by Emami Limited. In any event, resemblance to the nature of the contest and/or process, procedure, rules of play, nature of the game being developed by independent professional services of the third party Agency deployed by Emami Limited, responsibility / liability arising out of any claims / objections regarding intellectual property rights and/or other rights in respect thereof shall be the sole responsibility of the appointed Agency, and Emami Limited shall not be responsible for any such claims/damages/liabilities from any person whosoever at any point of time.
