Airtel’s own main account server is currently down. First check your bill/ account details on Airtel website. If bill amount is available, then only pay with Freecharge.

Arre I was not able to proceed to payment in nearbuy itself as was trying through web. Got the error there. later resolved it by downloading app.

Easy peasy, just select payment of 550/- for DTH/fixed line et al & use the promo code option, wish we could’ve added a few other codes, from here & there as well

by making failure transition the amount will get back to freecharge wallet or not

its not working.your promocode will reset but u will not get credit in wallet. I have tried many times
