I got 1% points one day after settlement. 1% is because is getting considered offline transaction. And another 1% after about a week (mostly a bug).

Maybe some issue with their system. You can try mailing customer care. But obviously, their support team is too bad.
I did one 5k transaction on first day and 4 transactions totalling 5k on second day. Third day all transactions were settled and no points received. 4th day got 400 points.
Then after about a week, I got another 400 points. Probably this was triggered when they did some change in system. I was getting several sms like we have done some changes, please delink and relink the card again for uninterrupted usage.
Haven't done any transactions in new system that they mentioned. But someone here recently confirmed that he also got points one day after settlement date even with new system.

They removed the additional points, 400 rewards points reduced?
