They are slowly taking off the benefit from Cab owners.
Initially they were paid 300RS per ride if they complete 10 rides other than the travel amount. 3000RS additional.
Now it is been reduced to 150RS irrespective of rides. So, if you go 60KM, you get 60KM fare(as per ola)+ 150RS which is cheaper than normal taxi costs. So many are disappointed.
I got this info when i talked to the driver when he came two days back.
Only good thing for them is, they get lots of rides and still can benefit if the rides are short distance ones.(10 rides still earns them 1500+ actual charged by OLA)
Now everyone got OLA apps. At times, you hardly worry about offers. You end up using OLA without worrying of anything else (The same happening with paytm. Where are those 50 off on 50, 50 off on 100s. People are dying for 1re 3rs cash back etc).
It is all for initial days. They are getting enough business from Bangalore even without the offers. Why would they worry to give offers ! We few guys can say – ‘will boycott ola’, but the reality is different.

to use the offer fully, load your cash.. if you pay partial from hand, the amount you paid from Ola wallet will get 50%.. remaining money there will not be offer.

just now i bought flat 50% offer just go ride with your old balance flat 50 will applicable automatically
Not for Bangalore! needed this offer as will be using cab for family
working fine in Kolkata .. Took ride worth rs 102 but ola money deducted only rs 51 and rest rs 51 showed as discount.. Booking was done via android app without using any cpns and while booking it showed “Booking done via FLAT50”
