Congrats your full kyc completed with 2 lakhs monthly limit.
Now generate your virtual RuPay card and activate ecom transaction + set your transaction limit.
You can also order physical card, i think no charges (not sure).
Now load money using credit card/prepaid card and use.

How many days does it take to get the physical Ongo card?
You can use Virtual card.
Don't buy gift voucher at this crappy app, I bought Rs 250 Amazon GV and money debited but transaction shows failed. After 2-3 minutes transaction removed from history and no refund. Now I sent email then they replied no account found with my mobile number ðŸ˜
Then after calls, now said they done reversal but money has not been credited back.
Lots of bugs in app, no proper response. Avoid using this app to have mental peace.
Everday i use. Most of the time gift voucher was out of stock and money debited sms received but instantly reversed.
You will not receive any reverse sms but your money is reversed in your wallet instantly.
Everyday i tried 15-20 times for gift voucher purchase. 😀 when gift voucher is out of stock, Received money debit sms but reversed automatically in my wallet without any sms or notification.
Now Ongo also issuing Kisan Samridhi RuPay Platinum Prepaid card -
KYC process failing miserably.
Already tried uploading documents 3 times with a KYC-SUCCESSFUL message 3 times, however on re-login, it asks to complete Full KYC once again...!!
From last few days they are adding new new features on app.
