Bought this tv in flash sale and the tv was delivered within 48 hours. The packaging was good and full marks to amazon. The installation was also done by Panasonic on the same day and I was impressed with the professionalism of Panasonic service engineer. Review of product: First impression, was stunned with the difference in picture quality while upgrading from HD ready to 4K. Colour rendering is good, Youtube videos played very easily and without lag in 4K. Upgraded the package of Netflix and immediately got 4K quality in tv series on Netflix and the tv remote has a dedicated button for Netflix. Browser is also well built and was able to stream direct content from the browser as well. Amazon Prime video also worked and in HDR quality without any hitch, sound quality is also fine for a medium room but lacks a bit in bass. For those wishing to connect a home theatre can connect using an optical cable. As it is not an android tv therefore apps seem limited, but android box can always be connected. The major con I felt is that u can not reach the various slots once the tv is wall mounted even USB ports cannot be reached, but Panasonic seems to have a solution, the service engineer offered extra cables for mounting usb and at a very very reasonable price. Initial review is this is a very good tv with good colours, fast responsive apps….will update any problems after I thoroughly use this tv.”
