Available only for new customers only (customers who have never made a transaction on Amazon Fresh before 8th Mar’20).

2. What is the offer duration?
Offer is applicable from 8th Mar to 31st Mar, 2021, both days inclusive.

3. What is the minimum order value?

8. What is the maximum cashback I can avail under this offer?
A customer can avail a maximum cashback of INR 150 for all orders are placed in the offer period.

9. Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?
No, promo code is not required to avail this offer. Coupon needs to be collected to avail the offer.

10. When will I get the cashback?
The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days of order delivery. In case there is a partial delivery or partial cashback, the balance will be credited within 15 working days. In case the final invoiced value of an eligible order goes below the eligible threshold due to seller related shorts/substitutions/price drops, the cashback will be credited within 15 working days.

11. What happens if I reject/return/cancel the order?
If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 1500 under the offer, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 850 (INR 150 will be adjusted against the cashback credited)
