No really easy to redeem. Frankly speaking during their IPL game I got around 15-20 vouchers of IOCL but I was only able to use 3-4 vouchers. Rest all were wasted. In Bangalore mostly all IOCL outlets will refuse to accept these vouchers. Reason being -
1. Not all outlets have IOCL machines (POS)
2. Most of the times person doing the billing does not know how to redeem these vouchers
3. Being online payment mode, pumps cannot deduct transaction charges on these so they want to avoid
4. Payment of these vouchers reach the pump owners at the end of month, so they do not want their money getting stuck.
Worst of all the validity of these vouchers is just 1 day. So if you buy today & do not use, it expires. Although money gets refunded but still waste of time and efforts.

My IOCL Voucher says redeemed when I tried redeeming it. But the petrol pump did NOT get any receipt. Also, its not showing on transaction history of petrol pump. However. I got a notifiction stating that its redeemed and IOCL Xtrarewards also added for this. Eventually had to pay in cash to Petrol pump guy. He said proof leke aao, refund kr dege double amount. Any solution to this?

Park+ have worst service
Heard many issues and also where before reaching to petrol pump and redeem codes are expired for few people

If not utilise the code it's refunded however as it's showing redeemed you need to check with petrol pump only with day end tally with them.
