Which Bank's or company's FASTag do you want to apply? Like ICICI, IDFC, Amazon, GPay, etc.

Yes, Paytm & Airtel Payments Bank FASTags may be excluded, though not mentioned in the T&Cs of all Codes.
Not sure though, as I don't have any Paytm or Airtel Payments Bank FASTags.
