Rewards @ 10x = 5000 = worth 1250
Total Profit = 1250 – 590 = 660.
+ pay IDFC credit card bill with IDFC debit card with 1% cashback = 500

Isn’t the 10X rewards applicable on spends above 20k…so in reality he would get 6X on 20k and 10X on remaining 30k assuming he hasn’t spend a penny on his card.
Rewards on 20k = 1200
Rewards on 30k = 3000
Total = 4200
Cash/ Voucher value = 4200/4 = 1050
Net profit = 1050 – 590 = 460

Got another offer on SMS which says 2% cashback, previous SMS said 10X points. Other points are same.

How many days it takes to credit in cc account. Mine hdfc transaction not credited more than 1 week.
Its a banking product. if they don’t do on time. its a hefty penalty on credit card. what to say more.
Apparently now IDFC is claiming that they have already done the transfer but it’s not credited to HDFC while the other customer care executive is asking to wait. LOL.
Bank itself is not clear on the status. Huge amount is stuck now.
It seems they have rolled out product without proper processes in place.
remove the 1% CB via IDFC DC as profit here since you would be anyways paying previous CC bill using the same offer. So for 50K transfer, profit would only remain 660.
