Did you give them the ref# that is given by paytm care for the bill payment? I too paid the bill on 6th but payment not reflecting on BSNL portal and nor did I receive the confirmation SMS that payment has been received from BSNL.

I cross checked my bill paid or not through Freecharge , BSNL portal , paytm and even with BSNL customer support and all showed that Bill is not paid .
I paid 8 days ago and now very worried.
Contacted the paytm twitter team and they escalated my issue to their team..
Guys plz highlight this issue on their twitter handle then only some action can be taken..

One lady looks after payments from Billdesk and she told me that she has received a lot of complaints about paytm and she herself escalated this issue to other BSNL depts, but no one knows about paytm.
All I got from PayTM care is the operator ref# on 8th or 9th but that is useless as BSNL dept has no idea about PayTM

Update- Bill payment got successful
Just mailed to Paytm with in 3 hours they resolve it

Freecharge processes instantly. I paid one bill of Rs.651 in morning making new account and now on bsnl portal it shows 0 due. FC better in bsnl bill payments but offers are not that much great for old users.
freecharge does bsnl landline payments faster now and it does get updated to bsnl website in 2-3 days. But hopefully paytm will too get it done faster as they have just started this service for bsnl landline

I told them that BSNL couldn’t trace the transaction by the ref# given by paytm and the last reply I got from Paytm was that they are getting it checked again by their concerned team and its been 16 hrs since this update.

On the main dashboard under MY Bill …your bill amount displayed and also shows bill paid…when you click on that it shows “NO DUES”

I also checked on selfcare but it shows me that your bill is due…
I checked bill amount through Landline by simply dial 1500 and I found that my bill is paid…
So all dimers who said that their bill payment not reflected request you to check by dialing 1500…hope this helps most of dimers.
